  9.     This is an image of "The San Diegan", northbound
  10.     between Rose Canyon and Miramar, just north of
  11.     downtown San Diego.  Photo was taken about two
  12.     years ago, before the welded rail replacement
  13.     program was completed.  Note the train riding on
  14.     jointed rail, with the ribbon rail on the ground
  15.     alongside, waiting to be installed.  Estimated
  16.     speed here is 60 - 70 mph.
